Dear Sponsors/Captains:
It
is time to start a new dart season.
I hope you all had a safe and relaxed summer and are ready to get back to
playing darts.
Registration for this season will be on
Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Coachs Bar & Grill, 6529 Frankford Avenue from 8:00 p.m.
8:30 p.m. If you are unable to make
registration you may mail or drop off to the address listed above (please try to
do this prior to September 2). You may
also drop off to any officer prior to September 2.
All rosters must be completed with names,
addresses, and telephone numbers of all shooters.
Please make certain that the sponsor address and phone number is correct.
Please make sure to designate a captain and a co-captain and to include
an e-mail address for each. If no
e-mail is available for either captain or co-captain please remit an email
address for one of your players.
Sponsor and registration is now one combined fee of $190.00 for the first
team. Each additional team is
$100.00. A $20.00 deposit is
required to hold your teams slot in the league.
Please bring your completed roster and the $20.00 deposit to the
registration meeting on September 2.
Pick-up will be on Wednesday,
September 30, 2009 also at Coachs.
League matches will start on Monday, October 5, 2009.
If any additional information is needed please feel free to notify us at
the numbers listed below. We look
forward to seeing all of our past shooters and sponsors and are hoping to
welcome some new faces.
